The best way i found to measure your damage is by going and doing missions on challanging, and seeing how much dmg you'll do comparing to others, that way you'll have a +- idea of what you, and your buddies are cappable off.
However from what I understand, best build would be to have as high as possible health build(well something like 120-150k), with 60% crt, and a clutch talent, basically you'll have a big heal to urself, and crit does boost your dmg somewhat, armor may not be as important, but once the health is done, you can start stacking as much as possible dmg to elites/overall
But it will be really hard to find the right pieces, to make a build as good, as possible, i've tried different ways, but cant get my health above 80k, with 60% crt chance and clutch.
Something like 50% Damage to Elites (ideally u need 80 - 100%) A lot of Headshot 60-100% the more the better damage All weapon damage like 20-40% and AR or LMG damage again 20 - 40% depending what you use. https://www.divisionbuilder.com/buil...vj7ohQ8WDTW8FH I'm running this pretty insane pve and raid damage like 80-140k per headshot with an AR.
clutch is not going to be of much help against boss fights, snipers, dogs, bosses, can hit for close to 300k. you are not going to heal through that with 1% armor repair. Anyway with crit chance being capped at 60% and crit damage being tied almost exactly to CC numbers it is actually almost a waste to invest into crit at this point. Sure if you are going for a full damage glass cannon build having all red stats is going to do some work. You need to stay alive to use that however and that means using the most effective combination of stats. 10% DTE is actually better than 50% CC +20% CD in the raid and vs elites in general, because it requires less stat rolls on gear allowing more stats. In fact having 100% DTE is equivelent to having 60% CC and 166% CD...... so yeah Crit is about worthless for the most part. Adding DTE everywhere plus weapon damage to your chest, backpack, and gloves with everything else rolling health, armor, and maybe some CDR is the most effective way to build for the raid.
I would say run a few heroic missions and see how you do. Those are the closest activity to the raid I can think of.Originally Posted by urbanphilosophy Go to original post
