Who is responsible for the Mark 1-4 Cache changes?

Some of us have hundreds of the now worthless Encrypted Keys, keys you earn by completing tasks throughout the game.

I understand they want to get the occasional person to pay $10 for an emote but who actually tested this change? Who played the game and felt it was completely normal to get these keys presented as a reward while having the basic items they dumped into a Mark 1 cache?

Why kill parts of the game that compel your player base to play? You couldn't increase the difficulty or have some kind of Encrypted Key to Store Credit? Something other than doing away with the vanity and emote rewards? You couldn't just make them more rare? Had to be a cash grab?

I wonder how this change benefited the game. People log in to play, people put in extra hours for the rewards of GE and that makes the game better for everyone.
    Bring them back!

It isn't a difficult change. Make it rewarding to receive these keys again. I remember a time I would earn a key and immediately use it hoping for a good roll.
There's definitely better ways to handle those caches.

The current system allows you to get your Mark caches extremely easily (too easy). I agree with you that converting it to micro transactions was just underhanded and cheesy. I know at least me personally have never, and will never use real money for vanity items like clothing, emotes, etc. I kinda like emotes, they are occasionally fun/funny but sure as hell won't pay for them.
