[Hashbae]

Hi,

I was about to open this week’s team war pack, but the pop-up window for the event (Lost in the Andes) prevented me from doing so, and my pack disappeared. I have reloaded the game multiple times, but still no sign of it.
My username is Hashbae, my team is France Élites X, and we finished first of our bracket in bronze league.
Can you do something about it ?
