    Centurion rework

    -Charged punch should track enemies if dodge early
    -Charged punch should be soft-feintable in gb
    -Zone attack should be feintable
    -Charged unblockable heavy should deals 25 damage instead of 30
    -Heavy after charged punch should deals 30 instead of 35

    -unblockable should be feintable when unblockable icon appears
    -unblockable should not guarentee a charged punch anymore (charged heavies still do)
    -in this case the heavy after the charged punch still can deal 35 dmg
    -successful heavies should guarentee a standard punch (unblockable, too)
    -unblockable should deal 35 dmg
    -kick should be feintable
    -punch hit or miss (like Lawbringer's shove and Shugoki's headbutt)
    -hyper armor on charged heavies
