Are the following things intentional?

1. Pressing zone in the right time nets you a parry, pressing it in the wrong gets you a zone (optionselect). It is a well known feature, but has no ingame explaination.
2. Is it intended that Jj and tiandi are immune to attacks while in their dodge animation, even if the attack connects and they literally just twirling in a corner? If so, why some weaker assassins don't get this too?
3. Is it intended that some bash based moves are unpunishable even if you see them coming 5 seconds earlier? Is it ok that they drain more stamina than they cost, and some of them are not even mixups, just safe chains (for example, BP light-bash, though you can mix it up, it's pointless to do anything else after a light).
4. Is it intended that some heroes have such an extensive amount of hyperarmor that attacking them is mostly an unfavourable trade? If so, doesn't it force turtling?
5. Did the same thing worked on Peacekeeper and Raider? If so, did they consider it a fair matchup upon release? If not, will you set the Raider or the Peacekeeper team on future reworks?

Thanks for the answers!
