The energy boost pop up during the last minute of battle doesn't appear sometimes.

I'm afraid I don't have many details on this one, but I'm pretty sure it's recent (prior the release of Bradley). I'd say it happens in half of my games, and it probably happens more often if there's a lot happening in the field (Possibly warcry).
