Downloaded Track Central tracks are not actually kept
I just noticed that many TC tracks I downloaded are no longer there. I'm pretty sure the game is just deleting old downloads behind the scenes, and keeping 100 tracks.
I cannot even begin to describe how unhappy I am with this downright shocking turn. The sabotage that has already been done to TC is ridiculous, but now I can't even keep the tracks I want to keep and the game doesn't even have the decency to inform me this is happening? Just how much does RL hate TC players? Now I have to keep yet another list outside the game for tracks I would have saved to come back to, the downloaded tracks list is completely meaningless and pointless, and there's nothing in the game for saving tracks for the future when you shutdown your servers (like you did to Evo PC), or they are unusably bad (like you did to Evo 360). Even finding the tracks I had downloaded is going to be an obnoxious pain -- not having to find them again is the the whole reason to be downloading "keepers" in the first place, as I slog through TC and its useless rating system.
What's more, 100 downloads is just ridiculous. That's not even a substantial cache, let alone our personal store of saved tracks. Even Evo's 1000 track limit was wrong-headed, poorly conceived, and poorly handled, but at least you knew once you hit it instead of just deleting your saved levels behind your back. You should be giving us improved management for saved tracks and offline TC play, not sabotaging normal use for the apparent systems and making it undeniably more trouble to get use out of TC.
Computers are supposed to save our time and attention so we can spend them more efficiently on positive things. You're going out of your way to make TC worse to use and increase the effort and trouble for people who enjoy it.
It's just unbelievable how badly you treat such an important part of the game.
