So basically i bought steel already 5 days ago.. Didn't receive it.
Created a case, Waited a day until I'm told to wait "3 to 7 days to get a response from the team"
I bought the steel so I'd be able to buy the Apollyon's Wolves Mask outfit with the discount
of course the discount is over already and I still didn't get the steel
I asked again and was told "I have, however, sent them a direct message to speed things up a little."
36 Hours later still no response and no reply..
