Dear Ubisoft,
I spend a lot of time trying to enjoy the games you make. But the thing is they are unenjoybale the moment they are released because basically you release a demo version of your game that the customer has to buy for the full price of other games. I play For honor and Rainbow six siege and these games are in their current status not even near to what you have promised in any promotions of the games(watch your vid where you announced r6. Does it look like that now?). They are laggy, unbalanced and you only provide new content instead of fixing long known issues. There are even bugs existing in for honor which i experienced already in the beta of the game. You put some money in your products and of course a lot of effort but the result is so unsatisfying.
And you make a lot of money with your games and the involved season pass system(which is by the way outdated). So this here is how i show my anger. It is the only way i can do it, with words.
So let's start with FH: In the first year as i said i started playing the game in the beta version. I was SUPER hyped on the game because it is the thing i always wanted to have in a game, medieval fights with knights and vikings and samurai. So i played the game in Beta and got disapointed. The matchmaking didn't work for a long time, a lot of bugs are in the game but i thought ok it is a Beta and you will fix the issues. So the game released (i didn't preorder it because i wanted to see how it evolves first) and basically the same bugs were still in the game. So after 2 months i thought i will give it a try, And i got disapointed. I was rep 0 and got matched with guys being rep 80+. So i had to learn the game the hard way. But it was ok for me i like challenges. So i tried to get better. And if i was getting better i was stopped by bugs and not by my skill evolving. So i stopped playing the game because it made me really sad. After 1 month i gave it another try. You brought in new champs which made the game unbalanced at that time( centurion, gladi, etc.) But still i wanted to play this game so hard. And i kept playing it(by the way there will be one day after my heartattack caused by your games and my rage when we will see us infront of court ubisoft) with the result to be even more disappointed. But still it was freaking medieval warfare, my kinda thing. It wasn't even the top of the cake. Marching fire came. All champs from season 1 were basically nearly useless against all the new champs. No worries i thought they will change it and get it fixed. You didnt. the only thing you did was "reworking" the old characters. And by this you ruined it again. i always played non meta champs because i don't wanna win with stupid mechanics, i wanna win with skill. And then the cherry on the cake: Black Prior!!!!What the actual heck did you think about doing that???? Are you serious. This character can do everything plus his fullstance. You even heard in warriors Den that it is too op!! And you did......... right, nothing!!! You left it like that which leads me to the question: Do you ever play your own games? How many minutes ingame do you devs have? How many real matches in the environment that i experience do you do per day/week/month?
And if you ever do that how does it feel for you being killed by someone who is lagging or abusing mechanics? Or even having no indicators showing your opponents attacks?
Do you guys go home from work and sleep at night with the knowledge that you screwed it up?or do you really think everythign works perfectly? But anyways, i don't think you ever play it so you don't know how it feels. I like to compare the game with bad sex. You wanna have it but if you have it you are disappointed.....

So let's go to r6: Jeeeeeezus i don't have the time to tell you all issues here ( by the way there is a ****load of vids and reddit threads about you and the game, watch them!)
Various bugs, even characters have to be locked(Clash,Lion) because they are not working. With r6 it was the same. Beta with bugs, game released, same bugs some even worst!!!Bringing in new gamebreaking content and ruining the game again ( Operation Health was a bad joke....but at least good for memes and ranked is still in beat which is like the worst joke ever!) Are you guys serious? You used to be a good company! In my internal list you are one of the worst companys, you are the nestlé of videogames. You don't care about the thing you really need, your customers. And i am so mad at this behaviour.

So ok i blame you for stuff and things that happen and a lot of you reading this will think: Yeah this guy blames them and gives no suggestions etc. I tell you a solution ubisoft:
First you should admit that you ****ed up both games so hard that they are unfixable! And this is a fact and YOU know it Ubisoft!
Second give us back our money if you can't fullfill any promises. You think i care about boosters for any "Inconvenience"? Really i literally don't freaking care. Fix your **** Ubisoft. I can't go to work and tell my boss: Sorry i promised you to do my work but now it is unfinsihed and i won't fix it but give me the full money! Are you kidding me? That doesn't work Ubisoft. The best joke you ever told was in one warriors den that i watched that you said you listen to us gamers as you brought in changes that we all had been asking for for months....You work as precise as a non working clock ubisoft.
So basically answer me please dearest Ubisoft devs and whatsoever you are. Are you satisfied with the result? Do you enjoy my money? What did you buy from my money? I work hard for my money and you take it and provide nearly no service. You get DDOsed every once and a while. Why do you think it is like that? I can tell you: Because you screwed it up and people are mad on you. And i understand them and i really like them. Because it is the only way to harm you.I would love to file some charges against you and pull you infront of court. But i will never win and thats what you know. That's why you behave like that because everyone has to accept it because there is no way to harm you.So please do yourself a favour Ubisoft and either release already finished and fixed games or even test them long enough before ( a beta 1 week before release is not enough!!!) Or just sell your business and let people do it that care about the customers.
But for me Ubi, Give me back my money!! It is pretty easy you have my data and can send it on paypal. Super easy and even for you doable( Because Paypal works). Sadly only we customers can change anything so i suggest please everyone who is feeling like me stop playing the games and especially stop putting money into it(literally take your money and put it in stocks or whatever, you will have more fun there, believe me!)

So Ubisoft this is my opinion on you and your games( I know you don't even care) but once again give me back my money for which i work hard!
