Hello everyone,

I've been having trouble muting voice chat. The microphone guide shows a bunch of options I don't have. All I can do is either 'Disable' or 'Open' Voice Chat Mode, which I assume should mute players if 'Disable' is selected. Unfortunately, it doesn't seem to work consistently.

Is this a bug or is Voice Chat Mode unrelated to muting?

To be clear, I'm not using a mic; I just want to mute voice chat permanently.

There is not a way to directly mute all audio on PS4 like there is on PC. Please try creating a private party for yourself and setting private chat audio to priority. This should remove all voice chat.

Please note that if you do not want to do this, you can mute players in the scoreboard. I understand that muting in the scoreboard isn't possible while loading into the match.
