I've said this nicely when it's happened before and been completely ignored so I don't see any purpose in saying it nicely anymore.

Server maintenance with no notice AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!

Nothing in yesterdays update. Nothing on Discord. And most importantly nothing in the in-game news feed to advise us.

How the f*ck do we time/plan our activity within the game when you are so damn either rude or unintelligent that you do not provide this information to your users? And it happens again and again and again, and users tell you they are not happy that you couldn't simply give information, and yet you never fix it, even when the fix is just simply getting off your butts long enough just to type a single sentence?


Recently you've been telling us to join your Discord. So I've got Discord ONLY for SPPD now... But yet I still can't get important news like this? I read the update in full yesterday, could have told us in there, but no apparently that's too complicated for your monkey brains.

And again note: The only reason this is a rude post is because you have ignored the several polite ones I have posted on the same subject in the past, and continue to do the same stupid thing repeatedly with no end in sight.

Also the maintenance message when loading game is wrong - it tells me please check back in a few minutes.

I have been checking back for the last 1.5 hours so 'a few minutes' is a total lie.

When is this maintenance scheduled to end RL? Any chance you could give us this information before it actually does end, so you don't look like even bigger jokes?

So apparently no you couldn't just answer the previous question before the maintenance ended. Loading up game every 10-15mins to check this is 5000% less efficient than you just providing your users with this information.

Now if the total maintenance window was only 10-15mins, although I still feel you should be informing users, at least in these cases I could give you a pass.

But this seems to have been 3.5hrs of maintenance with absolutely no warning to your user base. Incredibly amateur and unprofessional.

This was on social media last night, meant to be 3 hours long, ended up being 4.5 if I'm not mistaken.
Indeed the in-game notification should be so easy and the info screen could be much more precise, agree.

And what about informing in the official forum? Besides, I haven't seen it in the official channel of discord either, if that is what you mean by social media...

Getting really really tired of having to check 5 places to Puzzle together all information. Cant get more inefficient like it is now. Discord added to even further fragment the sucky communication style.
