That is the thing, they way I got to Master was completely standing still and concentrating on parrying every single hit. A little bit of luck helped me on the way as well, as I faced balanced characters like Kensei, Shinobi, Highlander and such. There's no way you're playing Centurion right now with all the Hitokiris and Raiders. I'm sorry, but your argument of survivability is flawed, extremely flawed

Seems like there are certain accepted changes among Centurions that keep being written in suggestion threads. For example, his pin or UB heavy only guaranteeing a light through a punch. Also, I personally like the idea of his jumping heavy confirming a punch on block.

I agree with the chargeable kick, disagree that his regular heavies need damage buffs. Centurion needs a dedicated light parry punish, which the old pin+jab worked fine for, only it would be 40 damage instead of 60 because of no Eagle's Talons.

    - His heavies should not be hyperarmored at any point except the UB heavy, which can be softeinted into GB, as you said
    - Make him have a heavy infinite chain and give him a single 400ms light from any direction every 2 heavies into the chain.
    - Speed up his uncharged jab/uppercut to 500ms, fully charged ones are made to track early dodges. Both are punishable by GB on a dodge, but Centurion would be able to attack through the recovery, similar to dodging Tiandi's Palm Strike
    - Lower pinned opponents' inactivity time, making landing fully charged jabs from them impossible
    - Quick Throw is made to have a much smaller tech window than a regular CGB and it can be delayed, which will catch early CGB attempts. Can be done after any blocked or landed attack. Guarantees a directional punch for a 10 damage hilt smack that applies a stun, can be directly followed up by anything except another Quick Throw
    - Drastically lower recoveries on whiffed attacks. It is absurd how long Centurion is vulnerable for missing the second heavy, considering he's swinging with one of the lightest weapons in the game. Only attack that should have a high recovery on whiff is the UB heavy
    - Significantly increase tracking on his UB heavy and jumping heavy

Only thing I'm not sure of is how to keep Eagle's Talons without making too difficult to access, while still making the cutscene less annoying for opponents.

Basically all I'm playing is Centurion, with a little Nuxia on the side. I unleash the Conq rarely, but it happens.

Even if he's top 2 worst heroes, I just can't put him down. Everything about him except his viability is by far the best in the game, at least for me.

I like your suggestion very much. It will be kinda Hitokiri with infinte chain where every move leads back to combo. The only doubt I have is infinite heavies, it will be very strong blockstun maker what is more undodgable thanks to 500-600ms heavies, but maybe it is ok.

Hitokiri's light is only one, it is blockstun from heavy and light, such Cent will have blockstun with number of heavies he have stamina for.

not really, cent only has 600 ms heavy follow up. 600 ms is plenty of time to dodge it, that's not a block stun at all. am I mistaken? are cent heavy follow ups 500 ms? i don't think they are, but even if they are, people dodge them. no block stun on cent

Side follow ups are 500ms, top is 600ms, both are undodgable if buffered (not delayed).

Kinda sounds like youd want him to be basically hitokiri. (Ha on heavies, chargables, and feinting bashes in gb) id like something different that keeps his identity more. But if im being honest i havent put enough though into how id fix him yet

No, we want him basically Centurion, thoughts about feintable punches and chargable feintable HA unblockables came long before Hitokiri.

if they buff him they would 100% need to nerf his burst combo damage. thats the only things that really makes him so scary right now. he's easy to defend vs but if you make a mistake u very much pay for it. i think if they make him better than they can't keep his damage and disabling as good as it is now. i kinda like how he is currently. he's kinda a gamble type of hero where your looking for the jackpot off mistakes but its harder to capitalize on. if your better than your opponent as cent you can really put on the hurt very fast. i think he has such a high 2v2 percent because of this. i think he's one of the very best punishers in the game if you can get parries and such. if he had valk like damage he would be complete trash like the valk.
