You can try it yourself, if PK deal double bleed then her heavy to light soft-feints will cost 18 stamina (12 for heavy and 6 for soft-feint) insteand of basic 27 stamina (12 for heavy and 15 for soft-feint). And it work only with bleed from deflect and soft-feint, after two soft-feints or deflect+soft-feint next soft-feint with heavy will cost 18 stamina instead of 27.
By value tab it must cost 6 stamina (18 stamina with heavy), but now basic soft-feint without bleed cost 15 stamina, hidden season 10 nerf like with Glad's stamina?
