    [Xbox One] Change Region

    I am not sure if someone at Ubisoft or RedLynx can help me. I live in Canada and my Xbox account is set in Canada but my Trials Rising account is set in the GBR.

    Just keep in Mind that your Leaderboard Points are set to 0 when you change your Region. My Friend had the same Problem. He changed the Region with a support ticket, and now his old User from Usa is on the LB and the new Correct User from Austria with 0 Points.

    I am not to concerned about the leadership points. I am not the greatest at the game, I just want to be put into the correct region

    Hi, did you submit the ticket? Do you have it solved?
    I have the same issue and submitted a ticket two months ago. They just replied that they were aware of this issue, and no more news till now.

    Thank you for the information.

    But I think this Support Page is about incorrect country of ubisoft account, right?
    The country on my ubisoft account is China and it's correct. But in game it shows Singapore flag.

    Anyway, I will re-open the support ticket and see what can be done.

    Yes, that is correct that page is for changing the country specifically of your Uplay account. And hmm, that is a strange error! I would definitely still reach out to the Support Team and see if they can correct that for you. Thanks for reaching out, and I hope they can get that fixed for you!
