    Champions of Anteria CoA doesn't start with Windows 10 1809 and newer[HELP]

    Hallo Ubisoft please help us

    Game won't start (Steam / Uplay).
    I think we should all post here where the demo and the full version doesn't work and doesn't start anymore, so that Ubisoft can get an overview.

    Maybe together we can figure out why the game doesn't start anymore.
    I hope Ubisoft won't let their loyal customers down.

    The game starts briefly and aborts immediately without an error message.

    Neither the demo or the full version, neither on Steam or on Uplay the game can not be started with Windows 10 1809 and 1903.

    All the things I've tried:

    -Started as Admin Uplay and the game
    -file checked
    -Uplay newly installed
    -all drivers up to date
    -started with compatibility mode

    One user figured out that problem: last big update (Windows 10 function update 1809 x64 2019-5) caused the problem

    The issue began before May and I uninstalled all Windows updates up to December 29th and it still wouldn't start. I have had a ticket in with Ubisoft for 2 months and all I've got were run arounds. I have also tried running the game on my Win 7 build and it does the exact same thing so that's a no go either.
    I told support to look into the out dated certificates the game has that maybe a recent Windows update doesn't like but got no response.
    It doesn't appear that the game is very popular and Ubisoft isn't getting a lot of tickets on the issue so it doesn't appear to be a high priority for them. Need more people to submit tickets and not just post on forums because devs and support don't read posts on games that aren't very popular.

    My ticket is open since may 4th, the support has promised to take care of the problem.
    I have sent them everything they wanted dxdiag,msinfo and launcher logs

    Same problem here! No reaction on the side of Ubisoft so far, besides the usual dxdialog msinfo answers...

    The problem is clearly not on the client side...

    I have the same problem. Game or Demo won'r start on Sondos 10 1809.

    I have tried it on Windows 7 works fine.

    Any solution in sight?

    Can you please start the game in windows 7 and in windows 10 and use the
    SimpleProgramDebugger v1.05 and post the screenshot or video here in forum?
    maybe it helps ubisoft to solve the problem

    Same problem. Opened a ticket, went through the steps, nothing worked. Crashes exactly as the example video here. I'll ask for a refund, haven't even played a single second of it yet and the counter is 200+ days. Apparently they don't care.

    I bought this game at 25-03-19 so far i never been able to launch it either.

    Had a ticket with Ubi but i kinda gave up after going trough all standard questions/tasks and sending tons of dxdiag and msinfo logs.

    Its riddiculous they let all customers go trough the same **** when they open a new ticket when they are aware of the problem and know it has nothing to do with user or system.

    At least i know i should stay away from every minor Ubisoft release. If it was Anno 1800 or something big the world would be too small and they would have come up with a fix long time ago.
