Please don't nerf raider in this way, I played him at launch on ps4, now that he's a tier everyone's crying about him, nerf stunning tap or something raiders dgb is what makes him unique and I want to keep it, all classes are starting to feel alike now so don't change the thing that makes raider unique for the love of god, take away his hyper armour for all I care.
Dodge-GB is too strong of a defensive tool that discourages going on the offensive against it and it literally deletes every single bash-based offense in the game. It was never a healthy move to have in the game, just like shove on block.
Sorry my dude, but this thing is on the chopping block if the devs are to be believed about wanting to improve offense while weakening the ultra-defensive nature of this fighting game. Raider has plenty of really good offensive tools now to not need such an oppressive defensive tool as well.

In last season even before rework he was A-Tier. It isn't only BP, Conq and Warden who complaing about Raider, Hitokiri lose big part of her already mediocre iniciation, Warlord, Gladitor, Shaman, Kensei, Valkyria and Aramusha, a lot of heroes just can't use their unblockables, Warden, Conq and BP was the least sufferers, they have something upon bashes or something to bait, other heroes sufferd much more, HL for example.Originally Posted by NinjaRonin85 Go to original post

To be honest, I've seen quite a lot of people across the community mentioning Dodge GB as a problem. I don't think it's fair to assume that other players are crying now that Raider is good. LB is also better after the rework, but I'm mostly seeing players say LB could still use more. So receiving a rework doesn't necessarily mean you're going to have a target on your back.
Dodge guardbreak is one of the few tools that really doesn't have much of a counter. Before his rework if dodge guardbreak was removed raider would have taken a major hit but now that he has been buffed and can stand his own it will be fine to remove it. I feel that dodge guardbreak is kinda a crutch to raider and can discourage different playstyles since its such a strong tool that can win fights. If its removed there might be a bit more variation in how he is used but this is just my opinion on it.
Sorry ninja but raiders dodge gb is an overly powerful tool. It really is. On that tool alone his past crappy form was still A tier in duels.
Now i know zerk is very strong but compare it to him. He only gets a dodge gb on deflect minimal timings, that thus also requires proper dodge direction. Raider can just react to nearly anything with it. Tgats just a simple comparison. But if you look deeper even it to what it counters, and what if anything can counter it you will clearly see why its a bad move to have in the game.
He's been A-tier in Dominion both in the competitive tier list and the developer win matrices ever since Ubi started releasing win rates back in Season 4 my dude, so a hard "nope" on the claim that he's ever been "C-tier" as far as 4v4s go. Now in duels, he was A-tier in the competitive tier list before his rework precisely because dodge-GB rewards him so much for turtling up.
