Why Such A Time Difference Completing The Raid Between PC and Console

So I do understand that everything will be smoother and faster on a PC, but this is a huge time difference. I could be wrong but I believe console sales of games have pretty much been much higher on consoles for the last several years. Also assuming that there have been numerous 8 man fireteams ready to complete this. So I guess my question is was the game not optimized for console play or was it just the raid not optimized for consoles? I am getting the impression that this is really a PC game and released on consoles as an after thought even though the bulk of the sales was for consoles. Any thoughts?

    That's why.

Shooting crack'd-up bots with a controller is worse than trying to catch a fly with Chopstix…..

I do understand the hardware and mechanical differences but this is where developers will typically optimize games for consoles to account for these differences. Ubisoft is a major developer, hard to imagine that they would not have done this.

This I can agree with, especially when some run like Usain bolt.

You need to understand that consoles are trash. True gamers playing on PC.Of Course there hardcore player who finished it was on PC. Plus it's easier to cheat on PC. ehm.. ehm...

Usually (not always) console player looking for just entertainment on couch with some drink. While PC players usually looking for serious gaming challenge.

I think it is main conflict right now.. game is too easy vs game is too hard..

You can't optimize for input lag between the controller and the console and between the console and the TV.
Console players are simply aiming at things that left the area a millisecond ago.
Then the controller itself is inferior to a bottom/middle shelf mouse.

These things don't have a fix. All you can do is dumb down the game and slow down game play.

Low imput lag t.v and a elite controller fully customized can make a difference but won't compete to mouse

I use an Elite controller with chat pad on PC. Best of both worlds. lol

Like in TD1, I bind the number keys to load outs so I have one touch load out changes on my chat pad. As well as QWERTY being assigned to emotes and ASDF to grenade types
Too bad the chat pad won't work on console

But console plays can beat all the other content, its pretty easy now on heroic and we can drop NPC's very easily. What are the times for say Tidal on heroic on PC and Console, is there a massive difference there?
Yes this is far easier than the raid but you still need to deal damage fast to blast through it, why is there such a difference in times for the raid.?

Boomer for example, Boomer has been took out in 7 minutes I have seen on console, what is taking so long afterwards that its taking basically 17 more hours??

There is just something completely off with the raid that is causing problems on console.

The first console clear was 17 hours. Not 36.
