For the last few days I've been playing guards just don't work and at this point it's just too annoying
I've taken damage for blocking attacks in duels and brawls more times than I can count
Don't tell me I'm too slow, I'm not talking about assassin's reflex guards, I'm talking about me just now playing warlord and getting hit by a hitokiri's top heavy, even though my block was on top since the guy threw out 2 top lights and then a heavy, I did not move my mouse at all, I did not get hit from side my the other opponent, there was not a single reason for that attack to go through and yet it did
On assassins for me it's even worse because my guard genuinely can't block oroichi's/nuxia's light spam on reaction, even if my see my guard flash white right before the attack I still get hit

are you pressing parry a bit too late? this will make it look like its going through your block sometimes.

If you are playing with controller & have a spare check if it only happens with one of them, otherwise its lag. If you have turned off deadzones on your inputs add a tiny deadzone back in & can help

this is the fun that comes with every update to the guard they break it and then spend half a season fixing it i can say the new character has incorrect attack indicators (attacks are much faster than the indicators) her light attacks seem like there 400ms but the red flash feels like its 300 ms which would lead to incorrect parry timing.
