\No, I do not record video because I never know what to keep or throw away..

I was logging off when I made the original post. But, to be a little more specific, the Vanguard's weapon will fire one shot after throwing a Vanguard grenade which sets off a shot marker and gives away your position.

This was super critical when my entire team flanked with me. I threw a Vanguard grenade, my weapon fired one shot which was all the opposition needed to turn and attack my whole squad.

Maybe it is because you must hit the fire button to actually throw the grenade.
