Equipment Dyes Not Dropping / Post Title Update 3.0 | Forums

Hello!

I am reporting an issue regarding the equipment dyes that can be found in the orange crates throughout the open world PVE section of The Division 2. The dyes do not drop for me regardless of level, world tier, etc. I have ran through and collected as many crates as possible to no avail. I still receive the two gear pieces from each crate, but dyes do not drop.

I have tried the following to amend the issue with no success:

- At world tier 2, joined another player`s session to collect crates.
- Waited for the loot refresh timer to reset.
- Made a second agent character, leveled said character to appropriate level to collect cosmetics, crates, etc.
- Made sure my game properly installed updates and is up to the current version of the game.

I am greatly confused and stumped on how to address this issue further.

Have you considered that you have all the dyes that you can collect via those crates?

.... I can’t get any either and have none at all
But I put a ticket and Made a post and was told they would forward that to whoever so ....ya

Same here, and I know I don't have all the dyes, I only have 7. Pretty sure there are 10.

I can confirm the dyes not dropping from the crates post patch. I have tried about 10 crates yesterday.
