    So now what?

So i hit lvl30.. did the "first" endgame mission, etc... now my map is almost entirely red again because of the Black Tusks. I took over a control point thinking it would remain in control of mine and logged out for the night. Came back and it was there, but about 30mins later it was taken back by the enemy. My actual question is this.. will the map sections be completed (again) and no longer red.. or will it constantly reset/remain in enemy hands and this becomes an unfun-solo grind (because my friends arent streamers and have jobs, therefor not on 12 hours at a time).
thank you for the time and responses!

That's how the game was intended to play giving you basically an unlimited amount of content to do.

They will constantly change as the open world NPC's continuously fight each other. All you have to do to advance the world tiers is build up your gear score and do the strongholds. I found the game kinda mediocre solo or otherwise and moved on to other games once the new patch dropped. Good luck dude

As already said, the red tide will ebb and flow as your friendly green hats take and lose control of the control points. Major impact on you, beside the opportunity for more loot every time you recapture a control point, is that it cuts down on the fast travel points available. Don't forget you can use completed main mission locations as fast travel points.

To advance in World Tier you do the stronghold mission. Each stronghold mission has two invaded missions as pre-requisites. Same locations you've already fought in but don't count on the battle to unfold the same way.

There is a gear score cap associated with each Tier. To get better gear you need to get to the higher Tier levels.

There is also no need to worry about staying in a tier. As soon as you can advance do it. Tiers 1-4 are just useless filler with no purpose other than extra tutorial.
