    Please fix Seeker mines....

I was jumped on by a load of hyenas....right next to me.
I dropped my seeker mines and ran away to find cover ....only to hear the grating of the motor of the seeker mine following me behind my cover.
The mine just sat there whilst the enemy in no more than 5m in front of me...
In D1 my seeker mine was amazing....please fix, all you've got to do is make it the same as D1...

this annoyed me also. the only fix i found is when they follow you. just put your cross hair on a mob and hit the Q or E key again (or whatever it is on consoles)

Sometimes it doesn't register as a rapid deployment. This might be because you potatoed the key press or server lag. A double tap on PC is rapid deploy and they should self target, but if it registers as a single key press then it is expecting you to target something manually. I believe this is the source of the problem.

Mmm, not sure I'm Xbox and I've had a mission where I have thrown them in a room full of baddies and they have just sat there, highlighting with red circles the baddies but not moving or seeking, just sat there...
I will check controlls again, I did have it at one point being able to send it to someone with a tap of a button but when I went to cluster that ability stopped...

I use seekers and have found that targeting before tossing them is the key. When the eye-icons and exclamation points go up, the seekers will seek. If the seeker doesn't connect with a target it won't seek. Unlike in Division 1, if it doesn't seek you may as well end it for the cooldown reduction.

And sometimes, seekers are just wonky in this game. Cooldown is your friend.

Yep I get you, but I dropped it right next to them like rubbing shoulders next to them and they just followed me...

I've done the same thing. NPCs almost standing on my shoes and no go.

Will Ubisoft fix it? I'd bet not in the next year if ever. Skills in the Division 2 are at best a distraction for both the customers and the NPCs.

They do get round to fixing things, The Division is pretty solid now and has been for over a year.... Assassin's Creed Origins is perfect as is Watch Dogs 2...and they are slowly sorting out Assassin's Creed Odyssey... so they will iron it out but it will take a year!!
