Hi all! Noticed something today when trying to buy a blueprint from Inaya that explained a problem I had with getting blueprints from Control Points.
My inventory was full at 100/100 (but my mods were at 96/100) when I walked up to Inaya. She won't sell me any blueprints in that state because it seems the blueprint has to "pass through" the inventory before being added to the crafting bench.
This explains why, the other day, when I finished a Level 3 Control Point with some friends all of them got blueprint drops but I didn't. At the end, the loot splash came up with the blueprint icon as usual, but when I traveled back to the WH to see what I got, there was nothing new. I was very confused, but now I understand. I have done L3CPs since then and have gotten blueprints so I know it's not because I'm maxed out on them.
Here's what I think is happening. Upon completion of the CP, the game tries to "drop" the blueprint into your inventory, but if there isn't space, the "drop" just fails and you get nothing instead of a blueprint being put on the ground at your feet.
It would be nice if this issue gets noticed and fixed. For now, just be sure if you're going to farm CPs for BPs, have room in your inventory!
