How exactly does it benefit the community to NOT have matchmaking for the raid?

People who dont like random pugs will premake their groups anyway.

The rest of us will struggle through the content and eventually find a group that can clear the raid and maybe add those people to our friend list so we can do it again another time.

But this method, just forces us to use the forums, or join some zerg guild, or just never see the content at all because we dotn feel like filling out job applications to join these nonsense hardcore clans.

This is the darkzone 515 gear score fiasco all over again. Why the fck are you guys so intent on shooting yourselves in the foot. I was all excited to come back and play for the raid, but i have no interest in finding a clan in order to make that happen. I have no issue with matchmaking I was prepared to put up with it, i am not willing to sift through a bunch of clans and join one just to raid.

Anyway, guess ill see you guys when breakpoint comes out.

Actually taking the time to look into the players I chose to play with to increase the chances of success and not get paired with randoms with **** builds/setups.
