"Hands Up" If "Matchmaking in every area of the game" was a big selling point for you

I can count myself among those. I have a very finite amount of time to play at night and if I commit to a raid I dont want to be ******* around with forums to organize 8 players to get together. I want to click and go. I know the consequences if the team is a rando team, but what we are doing essentially is matchmaking but manually through forums...so it will be with randos regardless.

I am interested to see how many people bought the game whereby this was a major selling factor for them

Yes it was, i could live with not having it for the "leet" mode, but i expected that every activity could be done with MM and completed on the easier difficulties. We already could call it a broken promise as CP3+ is an important part and has no MM.

If you have little time playing with people who quit the game on the first problem is a good idea.
They aren't going to add the matchmaking today for sure, wait for the release and we will see if it's really that hard or not

It is a major disappointment. At least in Destiny there was an app to find players and you could even invite them to your game on console through the app to form a team.
What has this scrub company given us? Nothing, just a FU we just changed our minds with no match making.

The raid was the main reason I was interested in the Division 2 as it was a great addition to the franchise. The fact matchmaking was promised on all activities made me buy it as I play solo. Now I can't play what I bought the game for as the mechanic to allow that has been removed. I enjoyed the rest of the game but raiding is what I was interested in. Matchmaking on websites is a pain as it will end up like Destiny where it feels like an interview getting a spot in a raid. Prove you're good, show me your gear. if you die you're out. I've raided in multiple games with randoms and very rarely had an issue. Would rather have the option of matchmaking with randoms than not raiding at all. How do I go about getting a refund?

If you bought it through playstation contact them and point out that they did not deliver what was advertised.

Definitely was. Soon as they said Raid I immediately thought they did it!! They will allow matchmaking for the raid. That’s been the biggest difference with them and destiny, division was more player friendly with matchmaking for every activity whereas that’s not the case in destiny.

Now it turns out they’ve made every choice destiny has made 😂. So do players who can’t raid get a partial refund for the part of the game they can’t play? 😂

Just an all around crap situation. Thankfully my buddies have some other buddies and we’re all raiding today. I hope everyone is allowed to today with whatever change their making with this maintenance this morning
