    Two errors at the same time server connection issues

    Yeah so I wanted to get back into for honor again and saw they had a new class I was interested in tries to play the game got some errors did most if not all of their trouble shooting suggestions. I redownloaded the entire game didn’t work. And now I basically get error 7-000000004 and 2-0000002911 at the exact same time. I can physically see the errors overlapping when I try to load into the game. Ubisoft this is for you I think your games are great but please fix this stupid stuff. To me right now your game is unplayable. I’ve already talked to someone who put me through your troubleshooting methods and as I said none worked. Please fix whatever issues you are having please.

    it’s public to the regard it’s everyone in my house on it. That also wouldn’t matter to the regards of speed cause when I’m the only one home it still doesn’t work

    Thanks for the update. Were you able to set up the Port Forwarding in the instructions? If you can attach screenshots of that to your Support case we can investigate further.

    Good luck with those error code Silverice888. I got this issue since December, and there's still no fix for that. Seems like Ubisoft don't even care.

    Hey Silverice888, so I understand you've gone through everything that the guys over on the ticket side asked you to do. One thing that I believe they also asked you was if these steps don't work, to please provide:

    "-Your port forwarding / virtual servers configuration, which will allow us to view the ports and your network IP.
    -Your device's network configuration, showing the Manual (Static) IP you are using."

    This let's us see how your connection is communicating with ours, and lets us narrow down all the possible causes!

    Don't provide those on these forums of course.

    I understand you're frustrated at the issue, but I promise we do care and that's why we asked for that further information. Sadly, I don't see that it got sent to us, so if you could grab that information (a picture will suffice!) and get that across to us via your ticket, it opens up the ability for us to delve further into the issue for you and get you back in the action <3

    The reason I have not given that information is firstly I live with my parents and my father handles the router and everything involved with our isp. I’m very much not messing with that information. And will not ask him to do it for me for any number of reasons. So as far as I am concerned I do not have the information to give if I cannot find it through my consoles network settings. Now I will say my internet speed is not the best but many games can work to a degree. Even for honor has worked. But I am getting two errors that read as two different reasons. Now with me unable to give you the information that you want. There is nothing else we can do. The fact that many people have similar problems than mine is showing it is less user error than something else
