Currently, streamers cant help this game viewership is going down on a daily basis, sure it will peak some today due to the raid but tomorrow will return back to poor levels.

They exiled a bunch of the player base by ruining builds 3 times since launch and now they are lowering that number even more.

I'm upset that we are not getting any kind of matchmaking for the raid, not even a built-in party finder it sucks but I will give xbox LFG and LFG Discords ago.

What upsets me, even more, is that if they are going to lock 3 Gear Sets and an Exotic AR in the Raid this is far far far worse than putting 515's only in the DZ.

The whole game revolves around Meta's and Build and you strip builds and metas away from anyone that can't or doesn't want to do the raid. They are effectively taking away a part of the fun which is building something new.

If any of these gear sets or the AR become the Meta going forward for PvE or god forbid PvP I doubt we will see much of the player base left.

Finally, one who understands, we ordered a Game with Match Making for all Actives,
I don't get what I ordered, so it's my right to ask a Refund. Others can Call it Pathetic, childish, dumb.. What Ever ... but it's my right as Customer to Complain about it.

    You did.

You bought access to their product, and they can do whatever they want with that product, and you agreed with it.

I can see why you think you would get matchmaking for all activities, since you read a banner somewhere. But you as a costumer have to realise that you didn't buy matchmaking, you bought access to the game.

The game has matchmaking, it's playable, it's in line with what the costumer can expect, and before purchase, you agreed with the TOS, that says that this is a live service and anything can change. Good luck finding legal terms that have been broken.

    u still dont understand..
this was presented like product with matchmaking for all activities and all levels..
like product is presented as bicycle

then we dont get product what we buy, because we buy product with matchmaking for all activities and all levels
when u get shovel, u dont get product what u pay for, because u pay for bicycle

that is false advertisemen, now u understand that?

edit: and like customer.. u have rights to complain and ask for refund.. because u pay for bicycle and not for shovel..

100% Right ! We have Rights ! And I don't suggest to Stand Back on this or let them do what they want. We are the Customers, and we want what we have Paid for. It's not that difficult !
