yur collegue says its a known issue
Yes, the music returns after releasing the trigger.
But still the volume of the music is overall very low.
In Division 1, the music was a lot better compaired to this **** show.
Even when having the music volume at 100% and the SFX volume at 20% you can barely hear the music.
Putting the SFX on 20% has a downside that you can no longer hear the environment sounds, you can only hear the gun sounds
The overall mix is just terribly done.. if they do it the same way is in division 1 it would be a very big improvement for the game.
1. the music volume needs to be louder
2. the music should not fade away while shooting
3. gun sounds should be quieter, or seperated from environment sounds
at 100% volume of all 3 settings the music/gun sounds/ environment should be balanced, but it is not even close.
Before the release of the game I saw a documentary about the music and sound recordings of the game, I was flabbergasted that they spend so much time and effort into the music and sounds, but I do not see (hear) anything of this back in the game. Besides the loud gun sounds that is.
Don't get me wrong the sound quality of the music, gun sounds and environment sounds are amazing.
But the way it is implemented into the game destroys all that.
I am not sure if this issue is also on PS4 or PC, I guess not, else i am sure more people would have complained about it.
