    Texture lag and invisible walls.

    Day 2 of unplayable texture lag resulting in invisible walls.
    I just tried playing again, hit 2 invisible walls trying to leave the White House. Took about 10 steps into the street and blurry cars.

    The load lag has been around for a week or so but this patch has made it so much worse.
    Invisible enemies shooting at you, but at least you could run for cover. Now you hit a wall and can't escape.

    Yes reboot etc. game issue, not console.


    *side rant* Why did you take 5% off the damage to elite talent? My stat went from 97% to 67%. You know how much we need that for those heavy armored Olympic sprinters?

    The important step on Xbox One is to clear your cache. Have you done that step at this time? If so, could you provide a video of what you're seeing in game?

    I have done the reboot, made a clip of my character stuck at the north east Whitehouse gate. Gate was wide open and invisible wall kept me from leaving.
    I don't know how to post an Xbox clip here, not signing up for any 3rd party host to share it. If you have an Xbox tag I could send it to, otherwise no.

    I found out that my game was loading much slower than on my second console. I fast traved to the same location and my game took nearly a minute longer to load the destination.
    I decided to try reinstalling the game.
    Just tried playing and it is working. Still some slow textures for cars and signs but I didn't hit any invisible walls trying to leave the Whitehouse.

    What caused it to be slow? Fragmentation? Without a defrag option on Xbox I wasn't able to test that theory.

    Reinstalling seems to have helped my issue.
    If your game is loading slower than others or even the main character select news feed is slow to load, try a fresh install. Not easy wanting to reinstall 45gigs, but there's a chance it could help.
