So once again I sit here on Roosevelt Island, stuck at the point where it says to “Locate Emiline Shaw / Secure the entrance...
all enemies are dead, he the ropes won’t drop from the crashed plane wing so I can advance into the rest of the mission.
I'm getting sick and tired of constantly running long missions only to have this happen again and again and again. I have a life outside of gaming, and it’s not easy to get the time to be able to do these missions so i can finish projects to hopefully have a shot at securing specific loot that I never attain any other way. And the more people I talk to and the more I read online, I’m not the only one having these game glitches—MANY others are as well.
There is almost no point in me continuing to play this game or further supporting Massive/Ubi any further as they seem to care more about killing a FINALLY great PVP experience with Division where all builds were pretty equal, while on the flip-side these issues aren’t being addressed or fixed—honestly, what’s the point.
I'm very sorry to hear that you are having this glitch. I saw another report of this in the PC forum. If possible, please leave a video of this event for us, as it would help me to report what happens. Reproducing this issue so that we can find out what causes the bug is much easier when we can see exactly what happened.
I can’t go through all of that—recording, saving to a drive I don’t even have set up, sharing, etc... I have things in the real world which take precedent... and to be honest, it’s not necessary.
The ropes from the wing do not come down so I can’t go any further. There’s no enemy up there like there used to be... I kill all the enemies in the area and nothing else happens.
Why does that need to be recorded and shared? It’s really simple to understand.
At this part of the mission there is normally a second wave of enemies that spawns on top of the airplane wing and drop the ropes. Problem is, the second wave never shows up so the ropes never get dropped. No video necessary to understand that, assuming you have played the mission, you will know exactly what I'm talking about.Originally Posted by UbiGabrinth Go to original post
