A bunch of people quit today. The stupid developers are going to put in matchmaking when whoever in charge demands they stop pissing off the playerbase because nobody is playing. And it will be too late. Because everyone left. Any devs reading this: your team is a joke and you killed this game with your incompetence

Can you please explain to me how matching vs. non matching making is supposed to be more social?
So forcing someone to go to a third party site to find others vs just hitting a button to matchmake means they are more social. LOL

Nobody is going to be left to play with you after all these "unsociable people" leave. You're not helping the game or anybody by trying to pretend this is a good change. Not only is it a blatant bait and switch, it is a stupid decision that will ensure a mass exodus of players

I am actually more than content that they (Massive) didn't cave in regarding the numerous complaints from some of the community.

Raids are special and specific in games and should not just be matchmaked with randoms. And if you think about it, no one is stopping you from joining a clan. A lot of people have the same opinion as you. Why don't you join up with some of them? Perfect opportunity, if you ask me.
That way you will "get what you paid for". Which is another misunderstood interpretation amongst some gamers today. They have to have everything in the game, but there is certain things, they won't do.

I would rather they put in a proper language filter than MM for raid. Every time I unmute region chat TO be social and look for people to do stuff with, I have to spend 5 mins filtering out all the non-english spam that floods the chat window.

Aside from that, I'm fairly amused by all the people to throwing a hissy fit and swear to quit the game... to go back to........Anthem? Fallout 76?

Bingo. This is a good thing for the game, and even if these people quit. It won't matter to the community since they don't want to be part of it anyway.


It is a win/win for the game.
