They’re running a contest on Twitch for streamers to be the first to beat the raid. This is all planned out, you can tell by the SOTG today. This same thing happened with early release, normal users couldn’t connect but streamers had no issue. You mark my words, you’ll see matchmaking in the raid next week, after the 4 day streamer event is over.
It's a hard thing to do anyway because of time zones. Some time zones have a better chance at it anyway. Then I seriously find it hard to believe that the raid is going to be difficult given the state of heroics right now. So for me it's going to be whoever gets into an instance first and has the highest dps is probably going to win. Either that or it will be difficult and then it will just get nerfed to hell after the race for first is over.Originally Posted by WickedBadz Go to original post
Can you imagine how funny it would be if a random bunch of pugs got world first XD So I can see why they would want to protect that hahahaha
You are delusional.Originally Posted by WickedBadz Go to original post
It seems to be the norm these days, cater to the streamers and leave the everyday solo gamers to get pushed to the curb. Why on this earth they couldn't just add OPTIONAL MM'ing to the game I'll never know. Sure, you'd have people complaining, but they complain about everything now anyway so who'd give a flying F?!Originally Posted by WickedBadz Go to original post
It'll be like Destiny's last raid where Bungie gave some "hints" to the most popular streamers to ensure they could at least get through it in a reasonable amount of time, cough, over 24 hours!!!!Originally Posted by aimei66 Go to original post
Really? Then what is this?

Remember I am this as well but you overstating your personal value to this game. Streamers are far more important to the health of a game than you or me. So yes, I would say from a business perspective cater to the streamers far more than the average player, they are who bring new blood in and more money to a franchise.Originally Posted by Force58 Go to original post
