But worst case you can start a Bounty and when your group is full just ask if they want to do a Raid. Its annoying, but doable. (And of course, matchmaking SHOULD be the way to do it)

McKrackin5324: I need to say it, thank you for the civilized talk
Four players won't cut it because the raid doesn't scale. It is always scaled to eight players.

And ditto on the civilized talk

"No there is no matchmaking, you have to team up through clan lists, their friends lists or by inviting other players in the game social spaces before you launch the raid

About the matchmaking topic for #TheDivision2 Raid: give me a bit of time to circle back with the @UbiMassive team and we'll get you a full overview and explanation."

    In the news says:

    GROUPING

Two sub-groups, each containing traditional four player parties, embody the entire raid team for a total of eight players. The player who creates the raid group from the social menu is the designated raid leader, and as such, is the only player who can begin the raid.

So for creating a party of 4, you usually use matchmaking, right?

I pointed that out as well but got NO confirmation. It was 5 hours after his first post on the matter but he still made the comment that sounded to me like he was "unsure". It's possible he had bad or non current info. Let's just wait and see. I say 100% this is the wrong move IF this proves to be accurate.
