    Moving objects

How do you make an object ie: ramp/obstacle move into or from one position to another with linear (smooth or slow) effect, I have tried looking but can't find any options. I have seen that other people have managed to bring ramps etc into view like this. Any help on this would be appreciated

Ok so basic moment I know you can link a impulse to a linear curve so you can you can start the movment with an area trigger. But what ive got at the moment is a path follow with linear curve attached but I cant seem to get a area trigger to link to it in anyway, ive tried using a state event but it doesn't work like it does for the basic moving object.. any ideas anyone

I also forgot to mention that ive tried to link a interval pulse via a state event but no joy

https://youtu.be/xegLdESS8u4 This video explains path follow event basics pretty well. To start the movement from an area trigger you just have to have the curved data source disabled and use a state event to turn it on

Yeah for future reference to anyone reading this post the state event needs to be set to toggle, its the only way ive found this works.
