Hello I think we have found a bug in the game with the talent spotter + pulse and on the ropes.
With pistols that have no active damage talents on them
Standard Damage was normal but however
when you do the math for the amount of damage done between on the ropes is less than spotter
Our averages we found out was that while pulse and the spotter talent were active it gave a 19.99996 % increase on damage
but when ropes became active testing gave a 118.049% for one person and another had 120.573% increase when it clearly states that On the ropes is a supposed to be 25% or atleast that much.
Wanted to let eveyone know if they are having damage number issues.
Here is an example, damage values are off but percentage is about the same still. My original post may be confusing as well as I did not explain the numbers, i acutally meant damage while on the ropes was activated was boosted by %20.573. In these photos the math comes out to be %20.08 increase in damage.

Hi SailorScout, we did more math today and we realized we made a mistake. We were using the number before one the ropes was active and adding 25% to that number. We have since added the addiotnal 25% to the standard damage. So unless it supposed to be 25% after all the other weapon damage is taken into account everything I think is ok with on the ropes.
