On May 16, Operation Dark Hours – our first 8-player Raid – is opening its gates. It will be one of the greatest challenges in The Division 2 history. To beat it you will need to co-ordinate and communicate with your team, while being on top of your game. You can read more about Dark Hours on our website.
With the Raid comes special rewards, including a very special recognition for the first team to finish it.
HISTORY WILL REMEMBER
While anyone can pit themselves against the Raid, only one team can be the first to beat it. Those team members are the Elite of the Special Homeland Division and History will remember them.
In their honor, the first team that beats the final boss of the Raid will be immortalized in the White House itself. All eight players, and their usernames*, will be featured on a special painting that will be placed on one of the White House walls, near the Clan room. This painting will be visible to all players, not only the players that completed the Raid.
The players in the team do not need to be part of the same Clan, so gather your best allies to take on the challenge. The Race to World First spans all platforms, so there can be only one winner across the whole of The Division 2. The winners will be officially announced a few days after the completion.
FIGHT FOR WASHINGTON, D.C.
All players that complete the Raid within the first week after its release will receive a special commendation and an exclusive arm patch – the First Strike Patch: Operation Dark Hours.
FIGHT AS A CLAN
For players that complete the Raid with fellow Clan Members, there's a special Clan Insignia and a Trophy for your Clan Space. These rewards will be unlocked if you complete the Raid in one session, with only Clan members. These rewards will be available at any time.
Operation Dark Hours is coming. Are you ready? Is your Clan ready?
The Race to World First begins on Thursday, May 16 at 6PM CEST / 12 PM EST / 1AM KST / 2 AM ACT.
See you at the Washington National Airport!
