Can someone on the dev team explain why signature ammo have been removed from switching specs?
Or am I the only person who's getting about 1 signature ammo drop per 24h?
It's been a month since the drop rate of signature ammo been broken, so maybe someone will wake up on the dev team and fix that?
Becouse at this point it really is getting ridiculous.
Because getting ammo from switching specs was a bug, and not intended behavior. So, they fixed it.
I can only speak for me, but I get an overflow of signature ammo. Meaning, I end up leaving some behind, though I do try to use up my ammo, now and again, so I can pick up the drops. (O.C.D.Whadda gonna do) At least, it was very good for me before TU3. I haven't playing yet since the update, as I only really play on the weekends.
Do you try to do the kills that your spec's ability says increases drop chances? Such as Explosive kills without grenade launcher, for Demolitionist. Cluster Seeker mine worked great for that.
You've missed my point entirely - I am rarely getting more than 1 drop per day (2 if it's a lucky day), so switching was only availiable source. And now that is gone too. So one of most biggest changes from d1 is completly useless now, been barely useless for a month. So removong only source of signature ammo before fixing how often it drops is kinda " no idea what we are doing" signal.
I have to ask, are you using the two weapons geared for the spec, or have the spec and using another type of weapon. When I use weapons meant for the spec I get drops galore, when I do not, the special ammo is rare.Originally Posted by sYs_4DDh Go to original post
Just let us keep signature ammo after logging out, this is ridiculous. Whoever decided that we should lose our signature ammo when we logout is stupid and needs to be fired.Originally Posted by Ubi-Redbeard Go to original post
Signature ammo needs looking at ASAP as the current method for getting it is just laborious, Now if we could keep our ammo when logging in/out AND when switching between PvE activities it would be slightly better, Also maybe let us buy sig ammo with ingame credits we earn through missions and selling items at a weapons vendor in the white house for cheap at maybe 10 ingame credits per round, But the current system makes it something I genuinely don't even bother with and considering a special is meant to be a pretty big game mechanic, That's just an epic fail.
