Me and my buddies that I play the game with have had no problems playing the game right up until about a week ago when we started experiencing freezing and stuttering in the game and I have the same issues when playing solo. It doesn't matter what we're doing, we could be walking down the street and the game will freeze for a good 5 seconds and then after the freezing we get stuttering issues sometimes.
I have changed nothing in my PC, I've verified all the game files but I'm still having the same issues. . I have the latest drivers for my XFX Vega 64 graphics card. My system is a i7-6700k CPU in a Gigabyte gaming 5 mb, with 16gb of memory running Windows 10 Pro
I have not been able to play the game for almost a month now. The game stutters when i try to look around. I cannot even turn corners in a hallway. I have a ryzen 5 1600x 16GB ram rx 580 GPU Windows 10. All drivers are updated. I can play every other game without any issue what so ever. I only have problems playing Division 1 and Division 2. I have tried at the highest settings and the lowest. DX12 and DX11. Nothing seems to help. It sucks because this is easily my favorite game to play. I have played 80 hours in Division 2 without any issues but now I can't even play it. What is sad is it doesn't seem like Ubisoft cares now that they have our money. It does not leave me to confident about the New Ghost Recon. Even though I really want the game I probably wont be getting it since it will probably be just like the this game as far as not being able to play
Hey folks,
Sorry to hear that.
Can you please create a case on the support website and submit your DxDiag and MsInfo files for further investigation?
Please let me know the case number when it's created.
Thanks.
