    For Honor Strange Connection Issue

    Okay, i have been unable to play since the Sakura update, i have literally done every option that Ubi has offered to fix connectivity issues, nothing has worked, soft resets, power cycles, all the proper ports, Open NAT, ive even deleted and redownloaded the game, and am about to try it again, i play on an XBox One S with 1 Terabyte memory, and ever since the Sakura update, it tells me it is unable to contact the servers after about 3 minutes of trying to load, giving me error 7-00000004. I live in Eastern US, Kentucky to be exact, and i have Windstream as an ISP. I have never before had this issue and no friends i talk to at work or through XBox have this problem, i even thought the fact that i had it free through Gold was the problem and even rebought the game, and then Marching Fire, neither helped, although i intended to by Marching Fire. I just wanna play the game again so any suggestions would be greatly appreciated...

    Hey HunterC1998,

    I can see that your support ticket has closed since our agent sent you the response. If this has not worked, reply back to the ticket with images of the port forwarding and NAT Type in the router settings.

    They will look into it further.

    What is the port Forwarding? I can understand a picture of the NAT but what would the Forwarding be?

    Hi HunterC1998, Port Forwarding sets up direct traffic routes for network data between your system and our servers. You can find out more information and some general advice on setting it up here in our FAQ:

    Thanks for those images, were you able to set up Port Forwarding on your Router? If so please take screenshots of that too.

    Welcome to the Error club HunterC1998, Got this problem with the error code 7-00000004 and 2-00002911 since December, with ABSOLUTLY no answers of fix or a true helping hand from the support
