i tried to combine the three on warlord and musha but no use :/ could u help me ?

I don't believe it is possible to get those 3 as a combination because last stand and bulk up are the only two perks you can have with the restrictions.

You can, but you have to follow the guidelines.

So it's like a casino that makes you spend time and money on a game you can never win because they never tell you that if you bet on black your always going to lose. Sounds like a legitimate way of taking people's money.

it is factually not possible, yes. Bulk Up is legendary tier and last stand heroic, IF you want 3 perks you can only have one out of legendary, epic or heroic tier. Look at the perk lists to have an overview on that. You could have bastion(common), last stand (heroic) and vengeful barrier (rare). You can tell this already easily by the numbers you get on your gear. All these perks with heroic or higher tier will only have max 145 points. Which means you basically have to have them on almost every gear part if you want to reach 600 points to activate it. You can only achieve the others if they provide you with those 270+ numbers and since there are no legendary, epic or heroic pieces that exceed 145 points max you can forget about it.
