OK, I'm game. What's the "FX Slot" for on the choice of one's Skill???

There was a rumor (or maybe other infos) that it is related with skill visual effects or something.

Edit; Just google'd... They're related with skill visual effects, and obtainable with special edition purchases only.

hm... when it was released i got some FX-mods, but actually i have None anymore.. i either (unluckily) deleted them or it is not working anymore.. who knows.. i do not care as the skills are actually not worth spending time on them.. and "visual effects" are not something i need the most Right now.
