So while I think she is a good hero there are some things I just want to bring up that make fight her not fun.
I dont think she needs the hyper armor on her first light. Her lights already come out fast they are 500 mill. There are a small amount of heros that can hit her out of it and there isnt a need for hyper armor on it. It breeds light spam. Her whole gimmick is gitting executions but I see alot more people just light spamming because it's safe. If her lights were slower then maybe I could see it but there 500 mill and are deceptively fast.
Her kick doesnt need the hard faint. It should be one or the other. Kick or sweep. Her kick is 500 so you dont have alot to read your opponent. And you can cancel the kick 300 mill onto the attack. Its would be if like valk could hard faint her sweep 2/3 of the way through and grab you while your dodging.
Other than those two things I like ther hero.

Her single fast light she has to reach with a chain and leaves her vulnerable after because it is a chain ender. Otherwise her lights are super weak. So light spammin is literally impossible for her.
Her kick even with the hard feint is terrible. A proper timed back dodge with readyness to roll negates her entire kick mixul because her gb range is low. Her kick mix up has aramusha syndrome. And if she tries to go for the roll catch if you rolled early enough you even have enough time to parry it. Feinted charged bashes already exist with the warden and hers is directly weaker than his is in both entry ways, in combo continuation, and in its movement and therefor gb potential. Her kick is also not comparable with valks for a variety of speed and range reasons.
All of your points are innaccurate.
There are however some weakneases and strengths she has . One thing a lot of people complain about is how quick her HA registers on her opener heavy compared to others. It is qujte fast and that is something new that could be up for discussion. I personally feel its fine but that is one complaint i do understand.

If looking at that we'd also need to look at zerker lights and shugoki light with ha. That by the way is 500ms and a combo starter. Again thats something im fine with because i feel like its not game breaking and fits with each respective kit (except the zerker one which is excessive HA) but i very much understand the frustration some players have with such mechanics. And shugoki is very much a 95% player base stomper so i understand that too. Took me a long time to get used to his rework myself. Especially as a general/musha main (who cant back walk in lock for beans)
Having seen the last season statistics and how they want to make mix-ups less prone to be back-dodged out of, I think it's best to just wait and see what Ubisoft is going to do about that. Hitokiri her main issue right now is that most of her offense can be back-dodged out of, which forces her to hard faint and drain huge stamina as letting it fly will lead to the enemy getting a guaranteed GB.
Right now she's just a good noobstomper, much like Shug, with less crowd control and good at catching dodge-happy assassins.
Her kit is there, a bit low on the damage for a trader as many can out damage you during your charges, not the best tracking, but a few tweaks to back-dodging or her tracking and some minor damage increases on some of her moves oughta fix it.
