They were training you up for Breakpoint and some fans really loved playing those repeating challenges just to get lovely prestige crates.

    DING!! DING!!
Solo challenges don't require you to turn off the AI. The extreme difficulty challenges I felt relieved to have the AI team with me.

Until their business model(they are a business after all) negatively affects their bottom line, they aren't going to change. If they sell under a million copies, then they may rethink things. If they sell a million copies in 24 hours(like they did with For Honor) they aren't going to be overly concerned.
    I just think that’s a real shame.

Some of my favourite games are from Ubisofts stable... Assassins Creed, Splinter Cell, Ghost Recon.
And the frustrating thing is that I think they generally develop good games. And they are also some of the most “open “open worlds. A lot of other open world games have a lot of fail states and restrictions on the player, whereas Ubisoft have been increasingly moving toward more sandbox and non linear gameplay. More so than other devs I feel....

But now all that good work is going to be lost to a games as a service model that takes priority..

I’m single player all the way, I rarely get the opportunity to play co-op games even if I wanted to. But I do generally prefer playing solo.

From the sounds of it, me and Ubisoft May end up parting ways.

    Also +1 to the OP...

    I totally agree of course.

I want to play this game off-line, and want to get rid of all the “division “type mechanics in the game ...

Add them it's a core feature of the series.

Have to agree with you here - i was interested in seeing their angle but on second thought these UbiDudes(non binary and dudettes) can't be trusted, wildlands was so close to having everythng!

    -Tiered Loot.
Has no place nothing more needs to be said.

Say it again please - it didnt work for Anthem - it didnt work for division 1 or 2 - Tiered weapons are a lazy dev tool to reduce the amount of unique weapns you need to create - do they not realized the hundreds of guns was what kept and keeps Wildlands PVE going?

    -Class System.
(Should be removed, if not reworked to be modeled directly off of Tier 1 SOF units fire team structure and their loadout's that they would use and that the ghost team should be meant to mirror.)

Agree totally, they are trying to bring the Division2 elements over and dont realize, they are starting to look like the people who made the Sonic the Movie - it's just not going to go well
    -Crafting Guns & Accessories.
As well as other things that aren't plausible to craft without an Engineering Degree and a CNC Machine or textile factory.

    -Perks/Skills.
Especially those that include basic or advanced infantry skills that the ghost team should already know how to do or perform, as well as gear or equipment that they should already have available to them and the removal of any and all superhuman abilities seen in the last games skill tree.

again i think this is some the watchdog and Division stuff trying to sneak over

    -Enemies with varying levels.
Hope it's not so but some have said there are enemies that have levels above their heads if that is the case that needs to go this isn't an RPG.

-COOP DLC being nothing more RPG style raids.
Why are "raids" in a ghost game? Just add new story DLC, not over the top meat grinder raids one can't even play solo not everyone plays coop stop alienating your customers and fanbase.

-Requiring an internet connection to play.
Great idea because we all know the internet never goes out and everyone has access to high-speed internet.

-Gimmicky Division/FarCry cartoon style enemy types.
Such as a guy in a bomb suit carrying an M134 minigun and other heavy units with weak points that explode like the guy with the AT rocket and odd looking backpack.

If People want to play a Sci-Fi looter shooter set in "the near future" they can play the Division I dislike that series personally as do many making Ghost Recon like that series is a misstep and will only serve to alienate those who don't have any interest in that type of game.

i have to say i feel we may be wasting our breathe(S) as the game is probably done already. I was super excited but then i saw the fence cutting ******** and started to feel the excitement dampen, i feel like this release of breakpoint is them testing some of their data theories on us as opposed to them trying to make a great game.

I doubt any major changes will be made at this point.

The game is coming out on October 4th if I’m remembering correctly. This game is pretty finalized at this point. Massive structural changes should pretty much be impossible by now.

Agreed, but they should still be made to understand that we do not want these changes.

Just don't buy the game. They'll get the message.
