    I think Raider is fine, except his Stunning tape which, as many said before, totally broken : 400ms, stunning effect, 100 stamina drain, 18 damages and can be softfeinted or thrown on a dodge... In general, when a character has a powerful move like this one, it's harder to land or easy to punish, for obvious balancing purposes, but in this case devs seems to have forgotten this mechanic.

    Hitokiri is fine too, but i think personally that the hyperarmor on his heavies does NOT encourage an agressive approach, because the safest way to fight him is to wait & parry / dodge.

    These are my thoughts on 1v1 versus those two characters, but if we're considering the 4v4 modes, both are pretty insane, because blinding an opponent in a gank situation is pretty much a death sentence for him, and the Hitokiri because he was designed to be a beast in these modes, with his unblockable and hyper armored heavies, and his abilities.
    And because these two characters are above all others in 4v4, and because there is no limitation to the hero picking in these modes, it's very common to have to deal with teams where there are 2 - 3 Hitokiri or / and Raider and then the gameplay is resumed to try to parry unblockable hyper amored heavies while being totally blinded... Not a really enjoyable gaming experience...

    1st of all - animations and parry timings on hitokiry is broken , same thing with raider and LB .
    2nd if your hero do not have openers and stand vs hitokiry u need to go completly turtle bcse u cant really attack him . 3 different timings - light . heavy . charged heavy + faints can make u cry .
    And 3d is a question - how many time need ubisoft to fix animations and parry rimings ?

    Maybe a slight modification.

    I’m definitely alright with getting my fair share of beatings, but the hitokiri is a bit much at the moment. It would be a lot more leveled out if there were more chances to defend against this character.

    You my dear sir are mentally challenged, what made you believe such actions are not required or necessary to nerf Hitokiri? This man(or female) has more hyper armor in every attack to make a mockery of the Highlander or the big boy shrek. You must be a Hitokiri main of some sorts since how you defend him or her is an absolute embarrassment, such an uneducated swine who believes rage and hatred is absolutely acceptable. Please go away with your inferior intellect... Please.

    Let's talk about hitokiris light kick (faint) guard break... One that's a 50/50 big time because YOU CANT ROLL OUT OF IT the guard break catches you (hint season 7 is the reason behind that) so you get stuck in a endless loop you can't really get out off because a wrong one will lead to a bar of damage not only that but they can follow through with the sweep that's "HYPER ARMORED" like come on ubi fix your **** if this is the case I might as well play a board game like chess

    raider was the last person that needed any sort of buff, he is broken as hell. 20-25 damage on light attacks and since the animation is busted it gets crazy hard to block. you spend the whole fight against him blind

    What are you talking about. I understand nerfing Raider. He needs more than just a stamina tap nerf. But hitokiri?? He’s not even broken. His heavies are easy to parry, his kit his honestly minuscule. His 4rth feat isn’t even the only one shot feat and it’s easy as hell to dodge in a 1v1 as long as you’re not a spammer. Seriously I don’t understand why people keep on saying hitokiri needs a nerf. He’s less OP Than the shigoki with his hyper armor everything and his never ending heavy faints to lights.

    I agree with the notion of hitokiri and raider receiving a nerf; however there are other characters who need work done:
    1. Kensei: fast recovery feat is overperforming like a mf and basically gives infinite stamina with the shortest exhaustion recovery in the game, while others have to wait what feels like an eternity(especially pk).
    2. Peacekeeper: needs her recoveries updated.
    3. Conqueror: needs some umph in his damage output(some will disagree).
    4. Highlander: needs a rework.
    5. Aramusha: needs a rework.
    6. Warlord: needs some stamina cost reduction badly, or at the very least more stamina(I say this because I can feel his age playing him).
    7. Nobushi: needs a rework or at least soft feints for hs/kick.
    8. Gladiator: still needs guard fixed, more chains would be welcome though.
    9. Centurion: needs some love, chip damage isn't going to cut it or anyone for that matter.
    I'm sure there are others, but I don't feel like typing all that out. When it comes to hitokiri, he/she just needs a nerf to that hyperarmor(starts way too early). For the raider obviously stunning tap needs to be fixed.

    I have to disagree with you on the Hitokiri, switching the HA from heavy to light would be overwhelming as its lights are fine as is with decent damage, decent attack speed, decent movement, and decent hit rate. The heavies are just getting the HA too quickly, guaranteeing a heavy launched(whether it connects or gets parried is a whole other story), early mid swing would be all around better. Even Shugoki has a slight window of opportunity to be interrupted. As for the Raider, I can't honestly disagree with you. Raider definitely needs damage reduction, but not so much that it's like fighting a punching bag again. So reduce the amount of damage from the heavies and tone back stunning tap.
