I didn't have any problems with him either but i mention it, not to compare the situations but to refer to the fact that Breakpoint is not going to change on a very short period of time, just as Ironside wasn't coming back in Blacklist as "fans" also did a petition on "change.org" or whatever the site is called to bring him back.

Breakpoint storyline is done for a Lonewolf experience (the wolves killed Nomad's teammates) and that isn't going to change just because you writte down a petition. I do not know what is hidden in future dlc. but the main game? Not a thing.

What you can hope is for the next title after Breakpoint to actually have AI teammates

The question is, do you really think is going to be something decent? Because i don't, so i rather play a game that is meant to be a "lonewolf experience" rather than playing something with stupid AI teammates, i actually prefer to wait to the next Ghost Recon title.

I would also prefer them to remove any kind of RPG elements, but that isn't going to happen, is it?
You really took away from that trailer that this was supposed to be a lonewolf experience? It is a co-op(more like MMO) with a "painful but possible" solo option. Calling this an intended lonewolf experience is about as accurate as calling BUD/S a San Diego beach outing.

We will find out when the game releases but i stand by what i said, it is going to be about Nomad only.

Also what trailer are you talking about exactly? The trailer i posted was to point something in my conversation with Ghost, he understands.

I'm saying the stuff about a lonewolf experience because that's what the developers said at the end of the stream but again, once the beta arrives we may be able to find out.

Well you said "that trailer" that's why i ask.

But as i previously said, the devs said so at the end of the stream and on most of the interviews, how that translates to the gameplay we have yet to find out, so let's wait and see what new trailer or the beta have to offer us regarding this point, until then, there isn't much we can do about it.

You got there something wrong. They started with 30 - which is normal in games, during the concept / prototype phase you don't have that much that you can do with a lot of the departments. Once the direction get established you pile on additional department as well as ramp up the size of the teams (main reason Ubisoft has so many studios that can switch between projects). If you look at the credits of GRW you will find far more than 30 people 30 people aren't even enough to finish up a mobile game these days

With Breakpoint they had a clear direction and a lot of thing they could re-use (also the reason why it didn't took 5 years to finish it). I am also 100% certain that those 1000+ were through out the project and not working constantely (probably at any given time there were not 1000 people active on the project).

Now for the squad AI - it might be just a module that they can transfer from one game to the other - but even then I would expect several months needed to adjust it to the new game features, overall changes in mechnics / AI... + adjusting and testing all missions and new features to the squad. Not to mention that if they changed enginge or scripting language or what the heck it might be even more complicated. So I would guess best case it is 5 months of development with a lot of risks, but I would expect it even longer (though mind I am not a programer, just working as 3d-artist on games).

If we demand it for launch and get it 5 months after, in time for a second play through, I may not complain. However, I believe that we need to tell them now what it is that we really want.

It’s funny. I was thinking the same thing. How ironic that the game title is so apt!
