Plea for AI Teamates in Breakpoint - Petition List | Forums

While it could be a long shot due to the narrative of solo survival there is still time to tweak story and add AI Teamates.

Several guys in Youtube have mentioned Breakpoint have heard the community in making upcoming game so this is a plea to Ubisoft to add AI team in upcoming game.

Is just not going to happen, it is painful to see that are no AI teammates, I understand the disappointment, I was one of those who told people that wanted a “lonewolf” option in Wildlands to rather ask for improve AI, they didn’t so here we are with these results be sure to thank those people however, why do you want it?

There isn’t enough time, they didn’t do anything to the AI on Wildlands in the time of 2 years, do you think they are going to be able to do something in 5 months? (Counting May) I’ll give you the answer:
No they won’t.

Having AI means they would have to change the story and even if it gets added, is going to be a mess. Wildlands took 5 years to develop and they mess it up, what do you think that’s going to happen in 5 months? That’s right, nothing good.

Stop this. Is not going to do you any good, it reminds me to the petition for Splinter Cell Blacklist “Michael Ironside needs to voice Sam Fisher in blacklist” while Ironside was sick at the time of Blacklist.

Who knows the DLC may include AI teammates, but the main game? Never.
You can still try it out but is a waste of time.

Not even comparable. The difference there is that Ironside had to be replaced for reasons which were out of Ubisoft's control, namely that Ironside thought he was dying. Nixing the AI team from GRB was a conscious decision that it was well with Ubisoft's capability to reverse.

And I personally liked Eric Johnson's work in Blacklist.

In all honesty, I'm okay with the exclusion of AI teammates. I'd also be fine if Ubisoft announced that they would delay the game to add in these AI teammates at launch (as long as it isn't too long of a delay), or simply add them in a post-launch mission update. But there are other systems that need to be looked at by the community; these tiered loot items and class weapon restrictions, for example.

Hmmm... GRW- 30 developers. GRB- 1000 of the world's best most talented... With an over 3000% increase in work force, they should be able to work some magic.

You didn't know that though, as we didn't know his personal reasons until Operation Watchman interview, remember Ubisoft said they wanted to try out their new facial+voice capture technology and Ironside wasn't able to do that.

I didn't have any problems with him either but i mention it, not to compare the situations but to refer to the fact that Breakpoint is not going to change on a very short period of time, just as Ironside wasn't coming back in Blacklist as "fans" also did a petition on "change.org" or whatever the site is called to bring him back.

Breakpoint storyline is done for a Lonewolf experience (the wolves killed Nomad's teammates) and that isn't going to change just because you writte down a petition. I do not know what is hidden in future dlc. but the main game? Not a thing.

What you can hope is for the next title after Breakpoint to actually have AI teammates

The question is, do you really think is going to be something decent? Because i don't, so i rather play a game that is meant to be a "lonewolf experience" rather than playing something with stupid AI teammates, i actually prefer to wait to the next Ghost Recon title.

I would also prefer them to remove any kind of RPG elements, but that isn't going to happen, is it?
