meanwhile, things that were supposed to be in the game at launch are still getting delayed ; and a new ghost recon is announcedOriginally Posted by aak9797 Go to original post![]()
It was pretty foolish, I'll admit it. Between the $120 I paid for the game and the $30 I spent on the cash shop, it was about $90 of waste. I don't regret playing through the road to 500 gs though. It was pretty damn fun all the way to 450. And spending $150 is like spending 15 cents to me.
The stuff that came in those bundles was pretty **** though once you realize all the cosmetics look bad except for the secret service and USA camo. And the two guns are crap compared to the Sweet Dreams and Merciless. I'm not looking forward to any of their year one updates. It all sounds like small, superficial content that will last a few days.
Wait so people are going to stop playing one game (Division 2) because of the nerfs and infinite other BS and then pickup another game from the same developer as a solution? What the hell is wrong with you people? I myself came into Division 1 very late and I thought it was great, but I only paid like $20 for everything like 2 years after the launch. Contrast that with me paying over $99 for the Gold Edition of The Division 2 (that I was scammed into purchasing) and I will seriously question my own sanity if I EVER pay anywhere near full price for any Ubisoft product at launch or within a year after for that matter. SMH. Fool me once shame on you, fool me twice shame on me. Been fooled once by Ubisoft with Division 2 Gold Edition, will never trust them again.
i thought massive was the developer for D2, massive has nothing to do with GR i think.Originally Posted by Bulletz86 Go to original post
I might invest in the season pass when I see some actual content that requires it. I will definitely consider it if the new specializations are time gated anything like the Nemesis is.
but this all assumes that something comes out for the season pass before GR Breakpoint too, as I expect that game to catch my fancy pretty heavily as well.
How are Ubisoft ripping players off with this 'Season Pass'? It did clearly state what was included in it before purchasing. If you didn't read that before purchase or didn't do any research then I'm afraid it's a case of buyer beware and not a case of Ubisoft doing anything that is misleading. It's one thing to buy something and not be happy with the product, but that doesn't mean that you have been mislead.
To say that the standard edition did not state that future DLC would be free to all is not necessary. The fact that it is included as standard should be seen as a welcome change from what other publishers offer and not something to contest. Yes, it is part of a marketing strategy, but they definitely made it quite clear what customers would get as extra content if buying the other versions.

-> i can care less: it's rather important
i can not care less: it's the least i care about
That's right. And I appreciate it for everybody, even for the original poster who demonstrated crystal clear his unique way of thinking.Originally Posted by Snowdog2000 Go to original post
