People Who bought the season pass are stupid change my mind.

For the people who bought the season pass, all you got was a few free guns and early access to FREE content, and only by 7 days at that. Ubisoft clearly explained what you would be getting and you guys are complaining. Read more, be less disappointed in the future.

Everyone gets the first year of content. Also you don't have the right to tell me why I bought the version I did. For your entitled ***** ego I got the DZ Edition and could care less about the season pass. I got it for the base game and the statue, everything else I get along with it is just extra stuff.

Your entitled to your opinion. Personally not disapointed, I wouldn't buy it for all games but the Division is one I especially like so to me it is worth it.

You've missed out a lot of what is included, and failed to mention a lot isn't out yet. I've listed it below.

    (Source: https://tomclancy-thedivision.ubisof...zation-Details)

The Year 1 Pass includes the following additional content:

7-Day Early Access to Episode Narrative Content
Owners of the Pass will have a 7-day early access to the narrative content only, included in all Year 1 Episodes.

Instant unlock of the Year 1 Specializations
At launch, The Division 2 will include three Specializations, instantly available to everyone when reaching max level (Level 30).
Throughout Year 1, we will release three additional Specializations for your agent. Year 1 Pass holders will unlock these new specializations as soon as they're released.
For those who do not have the Year 1 Pass, specializations will be released at the same time, but must be unlocked over time through gameplay.
Year 1 Pass holders will also be able to earn exclusive cosmetic items with each Specialization's release.

    Exclusive Access to Classified Assignments
Over the course of Year 1, Pass holders will have exclusive access to 8 Classified Assignments, which will provide more story behind the events leading to your arrival in D.C.
Completing each assignment will award you with a unique and exclusive backpack trophy to customize your Agent's look.

    Additional Bounties and Projects
Bounties in The Division 2 are special tasks to eliminate specific enemy targets, while Projects are assignments to complete various tasks around D.C.
As a Year 1 Pass holder, you will get access to one additional Bounty per week and one extra Project per day for a Challenging mission.
This perk ends on March 1st, 2020.

    Exclusive Cosmetic Items
Year 1 Pass holders will get access to these exclusive rewards: the Agent Ward Outfit and the Scout emote.

you don't seem to have a problem with the season pass and if that's all you got it for then awesome. I'm aiming this post towards the people that are constantly complaining about how they didn't see a point in buying it. They need to shut up I'm tired of seeing "what was the point of buying season pass" .

Ubisoft soiled the use of the term 'season pass' and now no company can use it without a long explanation afterwards about what it means.
The number of posts asking what the season pass really included suggests there was confusion about what it meant. Ubisoft profited from the confusion and knew it was happening.

It should have been called an "early access pass" instead of "season pass."

I thought about buying it and I did research about what it all included and was not impressed at all. I'm not gonna pay an extra $30 for content that I can achieve if I grind a little.

I think it’s stupid to prepay for any game, pass, expansion etc...this is how the developers get away with releasing an unfinished game. If more people would wait they would have to release a good game or make no money.

I admit it, I bought the year 1 pass because I was excited about the classified missions. I love the lore and the fall of DC sounds good to me. It was also part if the edition I bought, so .... yeah. I rarely spend that much on games but I go crazy with this one. I even got the books and comics.

Exactly this and to this day the sales page has no mention that the standard version gives access to all the year 1 DLC. It even goes so far at the bottom to say "Want more? Upgrade to the Gold Edition, featuring a Year 1 Pass with additional digital content and three-day early access to the game."

    https://store.ubi.com/us/game/?pid=5...&source=detail

Most people (myself included) read that to mean that if I "want more" (ie DLC content) I should pay extra and buy the Gold Edition and get the Year 1 Pass which over the course of my decades of gaming has ALWAYS meant that I am getting the 1st year's DLC content included for this extra money. It does not mention ANYWHERE that all the 1st year's DLC will be included and free in the standard version.

People who say you should learn to read obviously expect me to see something here that is imo deliberately missing and vague and resulted in countless people who TO THIS DAY bought and are still buying the Gold Edition thinking they are doing so to get the DLC. Yes it then is mentioned on other forums and articles that the DLC is included in the Standard Version, however not putting this information on the page the product is being sold on is shameful and has fooled many people.

It's similar and even worse imo to companies that send you a 200 pg contract for a credit card or insurance policy and then when there is a problem they say something like oh did you not read the policy? You didn't scrutinize the 10 page addendum we mailed you in 6 pt font? Sorry you're out of luck this is YOUR fault. I'm sorry but a consumer should not have to "research" what is included when they purchase something, I believe it is even the law that an item's description must say what exactly is included in the purchase price when listing something for sale. In this case the standard version should make clear that it includes all year 1 DLC but it does not. How convenient.
