    the crazy post count

    Look at all these bugs issues with a game. how as a developer that does this for a living get this game so borked since launch and months later. Your blanket answer is to reformat your comp . in the history of gaming that has never been the advice to get a game we paid 10 bucks over the standard to get to work . I reinstalled my driver for my vid card a 1050 and now the game jut crashes over and over lol . now the devs will tell me to reformt my comp. how about just refund my money

    I must also add there is a klnown issued for your anti cheat program and you have yet to answer that question how to fix it . not to mention google it it doesnt seem to work anyway . ubisofrt wont wipe stats for found cheaters nop ban on the first catch . I mean why have it at all . Its a shame cause your new game looks great im just afraid to spend another cent with this incompoetnet company

    I checked your account, and could not locate a ticket under it. Did you file a ticket under a second account? Do you have your ticket number?
    We would like to look into this for you, and appreciate you checking in on this issue. I can see that you have also posted about having issues through the PTS forum. Are you having problems on the Live and PTS?

    no ticket i mean you see what the issue is here and you still make us jump thru more hoops. look ipaid you for a runnign gam e. not a game with all these issues. take a look at just how many issue syou have on the pc version of this game.

    I am completely aware of the incoming and current reports. The team is doing their best to get through them all and collect the relevant information the TD2 team needs in order to look deeper into this issue.

    For your specific issue, we would need a copy of your MSINFO and dxdiag files for further assistance. I am not sure where you were told to do a clean install of Windows, but can you provide me either a link to where you saw that or a ticket number? I would like to assist you, but I need that information from you.
