    Connection error while logging

    Hi I'm a player on Xbox named Prompthorizen12 and I've been experiencing major connected issues i would get 1 connection issue *code* 2-00002911 and then a critical error *code* 7-00000004 I've have tried everything and I mean everything please I would just like to this amazing game again please get back to me as soon as you can thank you

    Unsuccessful

    I am sorry to say but most of the options on the support page came with no avail but I can not stress enough for contacting me I hope to see a response in the near future from the support ticket I have sent in so I can play this new season. Thank you for your time

    Hi Prompt2070! Can you update your ticket with a screenshot of your port forwarding steps? It would be helpful to speed things up when investigating over a ticket.
